Mammoth Game Studios is a game design company founded by Bill Vinton and Lucas Ralston in August of 2009. Mammoth's goal is to create original and long lasting properties for all ages and platforms. We are committed to making the most unique and innovative titles possible. Mammoth is located in the artistic city of Portland, Oregon, and retains deep ties to local creative bodies. The TeamThe creative team at Mammoth is led by Bill Vinton. Bill has been a digital artist since the tender age of 14 and has worked on projects which include web and print for Freewill Productions, Portland Public Schools, video post production for HP, The Art Institute of Portland, and 3D asset creation for advertising which includes Entertainment Tonight and Umqua Bank. He has been making games since he was a child, and worked on multiple published titles including Parallel Destiny and Metal Drift, created by Black Jacket Studios. Today Bill fearlessly leads the creative activities at Mammoth Game Studios with a sense of idealism and expression. Sam Yatchmenoff leads the technical team at Mammoth Game Studios. Sam studied at Portland State University where he graduated with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. At PSU he did research in autonomous decentralized vehicle control and security of client-server computer games. In his spare time, Sam applies his education and experience to advanced robotics. Someday, he will probably create Skynet. He wishes to apologize in advance. Before joining Mammoth, Sam worked as the AI programmer at Black Jacket Studios. | ||
